Lead change management through a centrally governed, locally delivered model to ensure flawless go-lives for Optimus across APAC1 and beyond.
Shape the learning strategy, leverage AI for intuitive learning and drive communications excellence across BizTX and TwiningsOvo organisation.
Collaborate with the General Manager, BizTX to build a leadership culture, strengthen team dynamics and drive diverse succession planning.
Lead and deliver the implementation of the new HRIS across BizTX, act on the HRIS steering group and provide organisational change management expertise to enable adoption.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus.
Success in this role requires strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, combined with an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures.
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred.
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
