Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets.
Drive people change and transformation: partner with leadership on future-ready organisational design and capability alignment.
Build a high-performance talent engine and position BizTX as a destination employer.
Embed the people-centric approach ‘Better Humaning for High Performance’ and co-create an exponential culture.
Lead the D&I agenda with focus on Women in Leadership and inclusive leadership frameworks.
Champion employee experience, design interventions to amplify satisfaction, retention, and alignment with TwiningsOvo Values.
Own the reward strategy, lead annual reviews and reward processes ensuring competitive and compliant remuneration.
Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively, and mitigate risk with integrity.
Lead change management for Optimus programme with centrally governed, locally delivered model and track adoption.
Shape the learning strategy, leverage AI for accessible learning with high adoption and impact.
Drive communications excellence using cutting edge tools and technology to connect BizTX and wider organisation.
Collaborate with General Manager to build leadership culture, strengthen team dynamics, and deliver succession planning.
Lead and deliver implementation of new HR information system (HRIS), act as subject matter expert and member of HRIS steering group.
Provide organisational change management expertise to enable successful adoption across BizTX.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus.
Success in this role requires strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, combined with an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures.
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred.
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
