Lead the People & Performance (P&P) function for BizTX, owning and driving the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap
Champion operational excellence by embedding measurable KPIs to elevate the employee experience across global BizTX
Act as coach and mentor to enable individual and team growth and elevate people manager capability
Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets across BizTX
Drive the people change and transformation journey, partnering with leadership on organisational design and capability alignment
Build high-performance talent engine, sourcing talent and creating a brand-forward experience positioning BizTX as a destination employer
Embed 'Better Humaning for High Performance' and co-create an exponential culture focused on trust, bold thinking, and results
Lead D&I agenda with focus on Women in Leadership and inclusive leadership frameworks
Own the reward strategy, lead annual reviews and reward processes
Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively and mitigate risk with integrity
Lead change management for Optimus across APAC and beyond, ensuring successful adoption and 'go lives'
Shape the learning strategy and leverage AI for intuitive, accessible learning with high adoption
Drive communications strategy using cutting edge tools to connect BizTX and wider TwO organisation
Shape and embed the leadership transformation agenda, strengthen team dynamics and drive diverse succession planning
Represent BizTX as subject matter expert for people & performance and lead implementation of new HR information system (HRIS) across BizTX
Act as part of HRIS steering group providing organisational change management expertise to enable successful adoption of end users
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Success in this role requires strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, combined with an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous
