Lead the People & Performance function for BizTX, including HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
Own and drive the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap, ensuring projects deliver WOW across BizTX
Embed measurable KPIs to elevate the employee experience and support technology transformation projects
Coach and mentor the P&P team and elevate people manager capability through tailored support and coaching
Manage financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets across BizTX
Partner with leadership on organisational design and build a high-performance talent engine, sourcing talent and creating employer brand
Embed people-centric culture initiatives (Better Humaning for High Performance) and lead D&I agenda focused on Women in Leadership
Own reward strategy, lead annual reviews and ensure competitive, compliant remuneration
Provide expert HR advice, mitigate risk, and lead centrally governed, locally delivered change management for Optimus go-lives across APAC and beyond
Shape learning strategy using AI, and drive communications excellence using cutting-edge tools
Represent BizTX as subject matter expert for people & performance on the HRIS implementation and HRIS steering group
Provide organisational change management expertise to enable successful HRIS adoption across BizTX
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is advantageous
