• Lead the People & Performance (P&P) function for BizTX, owning the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap
• Lead in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
• Champion operational excellence by embedding measurable KPIs to elevate the employee experience across global BizTX
• Act as coach and mentor to enable individual and team growth and elevate people manager capability
• Own financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets across BizTX
• Drive people change and transformation, including integration of legacy technology teams and support for the Optimus transformation programme
• Shape future-ready organisational design and build a high-performance talent engine to position BizTX as a destination employer
• Embed the people-centric approach ‘Better Humaning for High Performance’ and co-create an exponential culture with leadership
• Lead D&I initiatives with focus on Women in Leadership and inclusive leadership frameworks
• Own reward strategy, annual reviews and reward processes to ensure competitive and compliant remuneration
• Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively, and mitigate risk with integrity
• Lead change management via a centrally governed, locally delivered model to ensure successful Optimus go-lives across APAC and beyond
• Shape the learning strategy, leverage AI for accessible learning, and drive communications excellence
• Represent BizTX as subject matter expert for people & performance and lead HRIS implementation across BizTX
