Lead the People & Performance (P&P) function across BizTX, owning the P&P strategy and transformation roadmap
Inspire and develop the P&P team, acting as coach and mentor to enable individual and team growth
Champion operational excellence and embed measurable KPIs to elevate the employee experience across global BizTX
Elevate people manager capability through tailored support and coaching
Lead financial governance for P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets
Partner with leadership on future-ready organisational design and capability alignment
Build a high-performance talent engine and position BizTX as a destination employer
Embed the 'Better Humaning for High Performance' people centric approach across leadership and culture
Lead D&I agenda with focus on Women in Leadership and inclusive leadership frameworks
Own reward strategy, lead annual reviews and ensure competitive, compliant remuneration
Provide expert HR advice, challenge constructively and mitigate risk with integrity
Lead change management and adoption for Optimus across APAC1 and beyond, tracking progress and adjustments
Shape the learning strategy leveraging AI for accessible, high-adoption learning
Drive communications excellence using cutting edge tools and technology
Shape and embed the leadership transformation agenda, strengthen team dynamics and succession planning
Represent BizTX as subject matter expert for People & Performance and lead HRIS implementation and steering
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is advantageous
