Leading the People & Performance function including in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition
Own and drive the P&P strategy by leading the P&P transformation roadmap and inspire the P&P function
Champion operational excellence by embedding measurable KPIs that elevate the employee experience across global BizTX
Act as coach and mentor to enable individual and team growth and elevate people manager capability
Lead financial governance of P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets across BizTX
Partner with leadership to shape future-ready organisational design and build a high-performance talent engine
Embed 'Better Humaning for High Performance' and co-create an exponential culture
Lead the D&I agenda with impact, focus on Women in Leadership and build frameworks for inclusive leadership
Own the reward strategy and lead annual reviews and reward processes
Provide expert HR advice, mitigate risk and lead change management for Optimus across APAC1 and beyond
Shape the learning strategy, leverage AI for accessible learning and drive communications excellence
Build leadership culture, strengthen team dynamics and deliver diverse succession planning
Lead and deliver the implementation of the new HRIS across BizTX and be part of the HRIS steering group
Act as subject matter expert and provide organisational change management expertise for successful adoption of end users
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance/ HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
Excellent commercial & business awareness
Experience of organisational design, change and change management
Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus
Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures
A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
