Training and Developing: help teach others training content through roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist the Store Manager with training and development; complete quarterly personal development goalsetting.

Compliance: manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy; maintain Tumi University Training; adhere to company policies and procedures.
Visual Merchandising/Client Experience: ensure store follows visual guidelines; enforce excellent client services using client books, thank you cards and event strategies; ensure a consistent superior client experience.

Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.

Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
