Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
Display initiative: plan and prioritize, demonstrate strategic thinking, champion change, take responsibility for performance, complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
Train and develop others through roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist the Store Manager with training and development; complete quarterly goalsetting for personal development.
Provide coaching and feedback: articulate strengths, goals and opportunities; use company tools to create a 360-degree coaching culture.
Exercise strong written and verbal communication; adapt communication; demonstrate ethical conduct; remain calm and deescalate situations; collaborate effectively with team.
Compliance: manage personal timecards, maintain Tumi University Training, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Visual merchandising and client experience: ensure store follows visual guidelines; enforce client services using client books, thank you cards and event strategies; ensure a consistent superior client experience.

The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
