Account Executive

• Act as a senior liaison between TrueScripts and our clients.
• Drive business growth by ensuring client renewal and retention.
• Lead the strategic account team (including client success, clinical, and data analytics) with full ownership of client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Act as contact via telephone and email for the client to resolve any questions/issues on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee execution of communication plan.
• Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams including account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development.
• Work directly with your POD on reporting and analysis of claims data to identify drug trends, financial performance, and client cost-saving opportunities.
• Execute client renewals by building lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to coordinate all aspects of client review meetings including scheduling, reporting, materials, accommodations, etc.
• Be proficient in CRM and all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication.
• Lead client meetings, lunch & learn meetings, etc.
• Work directly with your POD to adjust plan parameters as directed by the client/broker.
• Oversee the onboarding process involving the client, broker, TPA, and data vendor for new clients.

Client Success Executive – Prescription Benefit Management

Learning and Development

• The Training & Development Manager designs, builds, and standardizes training and development programs across TrueScripts, with an initial focus on onboarding and frontline role readiness.
• Reporting to the VP of Organizational Excellence, this role creates a structured, scalable approach that aligns learning with workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations while partnering with leaders to integrate training into daily operations, key initiatives, and organizational growth.
• Design and build a standardized training and enablement framework across the organization.
• Establish structured onboarding and role-based development programs, beginning with frontline operations.
• Define clear training timelines, milestones, and expectations to ensure role readiness and consistency.
• Develop scalable approaches that support both new hire onboarding and ongoing team member development.
• Evaluate current training and onboarding practices to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Create and implement standardized processes, documentation, and development materials across teams.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop clear, consistent training content, job aids, and resources.
• Implement tools and systems to track onboarding progress, training completion, and development effectiveness.
• Partner closely with leaders across Member Care, Client Success, and other departments to ensure training aligns with real-world responsibilities.

Training and Development Manager

Technical Account Manager

• Build and maintain partnerships for data exchange.
• Coordinate data exchange specifications, updates Master Data, and resolves daily data exchange issues.
• Work strategically with the team (including account management, clinical, and data analytics) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Act as a contact via telephone and email for clients to address questions or issues on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams including account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development with existing and new data exchanges.
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings such as introductory, kick-off, maintenance, and closing meetings.
• Maintain proficiency in CRM and all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication.
• Provide reporting to clients, brokers, and TPAs as needed.
• Ensure CRM data input is accurate and complete and suggest additional data points to capture using CRM or other reporting databases.
• Coordinate aspects of new account meetings including document preparation and reporting.
• Prepare client support documents as needed.
• Execute the onboarding process involving TPAs, brokers, and 3rd party vendor accounts.
• Review data exchange specifications suggested by partners and have a solid understanding of TrueScripts Standard Specifications for comparisons.
• Recommend TrueScripts standards where applicable.
• Review inbound and outbound client files for accuracy and map those files to standard systems for proper data loading into the claims adjudicator.
• Analyze, design, and develop specifications for enhancements and extensions with application interfaces and maps.
• Ensure proper configuration and setup of data that support file transfer between internal and external trading partners.
• Coordinate trading partner implementations and conduct testing.
• Document processes, data flow, file specifications, and mapping using standard formats.

Director

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for new clients from contract handoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Manage and lead the implementation team, as a standalone functioning capability.
• Update implementation playbooks, project plans, and governance processes, at least annually.
• Serve as the point of accountability for implementation success and escalation management.
• Oversee implementation team with kickoff meetings and ongoing implementation calls with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time, including plan setup, eligibility and data integration, communications, documentation, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Oversee and manage multiple concurrent implementations and proactively address risks.
• Partner with Client Success to ensure effective transition to ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Account Management, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate internal readiness for go-live across all functions.
• Oversee interpretation of client plan design and ensure accurate system configuration.
• Refine and implement quality checks and testing to ensure accuracy of plan set ups.
• Ensure testing and validation of eligibility, plan setup, claims logic, and communications.
• Monitor post-go-live stabilization and resolve issues.
• Evaluate current workflows and implement scalable processes.
• Establish KPIs, service standards and reporting frequency.
• Identify AI automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Build and develop the implementation team to provide excellence in implementation.

Director of Implementation

Pharmacist

Pharmacy Technician – Member Care Advocate

• Responsible for performing all tasks relative to in-house and external communications with TrueScripts members, doctor’s offices’ and pharmacies
• Responds to member and client inquiries
• Assists members with appropriate prescription benefits
• Problem solves any issues in claims system
• Provides administrative support to Member Care Leadership, Client Success & Executive teams

Business Development Rep

• Build and execute a regional business development strategy focused on broker, consultant, and employer-led opportunities
• Cultivate and deepen relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, and employer decision-makers
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial discovery through close, often involving PBM repricing, RFPs/RFIs, and finalist presentations
• Clearly articulate TrueScripts’ PBM model, pricing approach, clinical strategy, and value proposition to sophisticated stakeholders
• Serve as the primary sales lead for PBM quote activity, collaborating with internal pricing, operations, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity within CRM
• Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets
• Partner with Client Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention
• Bring forward market intelligence on PBM trends, competitive positioning, and broker feedback to inform leadership decisions

National Director – Business Development

• Account Inquiries & Claims Processing
• Assist TrueScripts' members with pharmacy claims processing and plan benefits
• Receive phone calls/emails from members, clients, pharmacies and/or physician offices
• Troubleshoot claim processing problems and/or inquiries in claims adjudication system
• Respond to website inquiries
