• Proactive sourcing & onboarding of service partners on the assigned region making sure that they are within the market value.
• Offboarding of inactive service partners.
• Annual renewal of service partner contracts.
• Handle the SeP sourcing task for within the ASSC process for transition of new customers.
• On board at least 3 service partners (SePs) per customer location within 1 hour radius within the span of the 30-days transition period.
• Arrange block of hours purchase for the trusted SePs with spare parts.
• Maintain a minimum of 3 active service partners per customer location.
• Onboarding of 5 Service Partners per week with complete contract and within the market value.
• All answers from service partners related to onboarding, contracts and offboarding are answered the same day.
• Able to elaborate to service partner the potential scope of work and SLA expectations.
• Negotiate with new service partners for the rates to be below the market value.
• Close the ASSC tasks within 21 days.
• No inactive service partners are in SPDB (Service Partner Database).

Field Services Vendor Manager

Administration

• The Proactive Value Chain Administrator (PVCA) is responsible for on-time processing of proactive purchase orders requests (PORs).
• Make sure that proactive spares are purchased strategically in cost efficient manner.
• PVCAs are also expected to other administrative tasks such as data encoding, documentation, etc.
• Cost efficient & on time processing of Proactive Purchase Order Request (PPOR):
• a. Quoting / Pricing, negotiating, evaluating & selecting recommended supplier.
• b. Seeking approval from executive team by sending complete information with recommendations.
• c. Ordering, processing of required documents & tracking of shipment.
• d. Invoicing reconciliation and settlement.
• e. Daily reports of current open (Purchase Order Requests) POR.
• Obtain timely customs release and other government agency releases as appropriate, arranging delivery, and insuring invoicing for services is completed accurately and within the timeframe consistent with the import account and company policy.
• On time processing of Inventory Movement Requests (IMRs).

Value Chain Administrator

Accountant

• Assist the Corporate Accountant, Finance Manager / CFO in all Reporting Requirement of Management by ensuring all data are accurate and done in timely manner
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
• Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation
• Complete audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
• Communicate audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with stakeholders and executive directors
• Monitor and oversee the auditing process from start to finish
• Collaboration with external auditors
• Ensure there absolutely no discrepancies in the data or figures
• Assess the audit for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure audits are conducted periodically
• Use best practices to conduct high quality audits
• Use the data collected to propose strategies to improve efficiency and compliance

General Accountant

• Dedicated support to either of the finance teams (order to cash, procure to pay, or record to report), or a flexible support to all finance teams (a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of finance)
• Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable) - billing, collection forecast, collection application to customer invoices in accounting system
• Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) - Backup for A/P Position posting of invoices, payables aging reports and payment proposals, preparation of vendor communication/follow up, daily cash flow/disbursement report, cash flow planning, payment application to vendor invoices in accounting system, assist with bank reconciliation
• Record to Report (Financial Reporting & Management Accounts) - fixed assets, general ledger (journals entries and reconciliations), taxation & statutory payments, research on new market entry/entity setup, assist with audit and internal controls
• Building strong relationships within and beyond finance department to assist in obtaining/providing accurate data.
• Timely and accurate delivery of results for tasks mentioned in Primary Workflow section to the Finance Team Leader, including any escalations for clarification and/or decision.
• Proactive communication to internal colleagues and external business partners.

Assistant Accountant

Account Manager

• Sourcing new partners and executing partnership solutions while maintaining and strengthening the existing Service Partners.
• Research service partners, identify key players and generate interest.
• Developing a deep understanding of the partner's services, business, services portfolio, key stakeholders, and customer base.
• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives, goals, and strategy.
• Ensure Service Partners comply with contract terms.
• Responsible for Service Partner contracts and ensure contracts are renewed on time.
• Ensure proper documentation is created, reviewed, updated, and stored.
• Ensures that the Service Partner Database is always updated.
• Assist CAMs for the availability of Service Partners for project tasks.

Vendor Manager

General

• Provide expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving servers, storage, backup, and cloud solution.
• Early engagement with customer in selling servers, storage, backup, and cloud solution.
• Understand and gather customer requirements and offer complete & cost-effective solution.
• Prepare solution writeup, bill of material and engage Service Delivery team for professional effort.
• Ensure the completeness of technical terms and conditions.
• Conduct/Lead in technical presentation and clarification
• Identify project risk (technical & execution) and provide mitigation measures.
• Integrate servers, storage, backup, and cloud centric solution with support from other competency presales solutions consultant.
• Upon contract award, conduct transition/ handover and briefing to project implementation team on the overall solution & design.
• Keep abreast of product technology and certifications.
• Keep updated of the latest technology and develop technical capability slides.
• Attain selected product/technology certifications to maintain our premium partnership status with product principals.
• Conduct in-house technology sharing to fellow peers.

Storage Solutions Specialist

Engineer

• Provide L3 backend support to escalated tickets.
• Conduct incident changes related to server, storage, and networking hardware and software.
• Analyse customer requirements to ensure TRT’s solution is technically accurate and complete by providing technical recommendations and formulating pre-sales consultations forms (PSC’s).
• Conduct high-level changes to a customer’s environment by creation Change Request Form (CRF) and Scope of Work (SOW) documentation.
• Engage in short to long term professional services project implementation and deployment.
• Frequently communicate with the customer throughout the job delivery process.
• Attend pre-sales meetings, conduct solution design and presentations, and answer technical queries from the customer.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Global Support Delivery (GSD) and Field Engineers (FE) for escalated service calls.
• Attend the customer site when necessary to perform escalated hardware or software fault resolution.
• Document technical procedures and processes and update TRT knowledge database.
