• Identify internal team members for referrals and schedule sourcing jams
• Analyze sourcing data two weeks after initial outreach to optimize conversion and iterate until role is filled
• Participate in weekly hiring syncs, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings to align on hiring progress
