About the role

  • Design and manage localized CRM strategies for sweepstakes project within US market (Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, and onsite messaging)
  • Own the customer lifecycle and optimize touchpoints across onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
  • Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROI
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and analytics teams to deliver effective campaigns
  • Monitor and report on CRM KPIs such as CLV, retention, conversion, and churn and apply data insights to drive performance
  • Ensure CRM campaigns comply with local laws, data privacy regulations, and responsible gaming practices where relevant
  • Serve as the primary CRM contact for all RoW-related markets and initiatives for sweepstakes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-regional or international CRM programs
  • Must have experience with Sweepstakes in the US market
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus, especially Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic)
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across varied cultural and market contexts
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus
