About the role

  • Create and implement tailored CRM campaigns for Australia, New Zealand, and other English-speaking markets aimed at retention, reactivation, and maximizing lifetime value
  • Leverage CRM platforms to automate campaigns and personalize messaging localized to each market
  • Use data analytics to track customer behaviour, campaign success, and key performance metrics, optimizing strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and improved customer experience
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities specific to Australia, New Zealand, and other regions
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback and data analysis

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years managing CRM strategies for English-speaking markets in the iGaming field
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Symplify, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other relevant tools
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian, New Zealand, and other English-speaking markets, including local customer preferences and regulatory environments
  • Data-driven mindset capable of interpreting customer data, analyzing trends, and applying insights
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns across regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
