Create and implement tailored CRM campaigns for Australia, New Zealand, and other English-speaking markets aimed at retention, reactivation, and maximizing lifetime value

Stay informed on industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities specific to Australia, New Zealand, and other regions
Continuously evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback and data analysis
Requirements
Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years managing CRM strategies for English-speaking markets in the iGaming field
Experience with CRM platforms like Symplify, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other relevant tools
Strong knowledge of the Australian, New Zealand, and other English-speaking markets, including local customer preferences and regulatory environments
Data-driven mindset capable of interpreting customer data, analyzing trends, and applying insights
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns across regions
