About the role
- Manage the execution of confidentiality agreements with brokers and counterparties.
- Draft letters of intent.
- Download and organize due diligence materials from multiple sources.
- Set up file directories and ensure consistent naming/organization standards across transactions.
- Maintain accurate tracking of pending and completed underwriting.
- Serve as the point of contact for administrative coordination between brokers, acquisitions team members, and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative and organizational duties to support the acquisitions process as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, real estate, or transactions support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint, or other document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to handle high-volume data and documents with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting acquisitions, brokerage, or investment management teams.
- Preferred: Familiarity with real estate documents and due diligence processes.
