Regional Account Manager – SLED

Sales Engineer

• Actively participate in solution led sales calls and prospect visits to qualify the customer’s requirements
• Gather requirements to develop properly specified and sized solutions that ensure bill of materials (BOM) meets use case requirements, within the customer’s business needs
• Create and present market-differentiating solicited and unsolicited solution proposals
• Build a trusted relationship within targeted accounts and Partners to expand the existing footprint and drive competitive displacements
• Own the comprehensive, consultative technical or solution response to RFIs/RFPs
• Lead proof of value (POV) as required from an engagement

Product Marketing

• Be an expert on your buyers’ problems and key value drivers.
• Understand their decision-making process, including how they evaluate critical capabilities and competitive alternatives.
• Craft messaging source documents that serve as the single source of truth for all internal and outbound messaging.
• Craft resonant stories to help underscore our thought leader position in the market; contribute regularly via internal sales enablement, our corporate blog, customer-facing webinars, and social media outlets.
• Collaborate with our global demand team and regional field marketing to content aligned to the buyers’ journey and develop programs to drive awareness and demand.
• Evangelize your product story to direct and partner sales teams.
• Develop sales tools needed to support and accelerate the selling process.
• Work with sales engineering to develop demos that bring our story to life.
• Craft and deliver compelling presentations for both internal and external, online and in-person events that drive awareness, understanding and demand for email as well as a new, paradigm-shifting service offering.
• Drive analyst relations content to support building deeper relationships with key industry influencers through briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions.

Director, Product Marketing – Network Detection and Response

DevOps Engineer

• Support the ongoing operational activities (Deployment, Automation, monitoring) for our cloud hosted solutions
• Design, implement, and manage OpenSearch solutions
• Ensure that solutions are resilient, available, healthy, and performing well
• Work to continuously improve the overall customer solution experience

DevOps Engineer – OpenSearch, ElasticSearch

• The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for driving net new sales and incremental bookings of existing accounts for a complex suite of Skyhigh Security products, solutions, and services within the assigned territory.
• The role requires in-depth knowledge of security technologies, competitors, and the ability to generate value by delivering successful solutions to customers.
• The Account Manager is responsible for developing direct sales opportunities, evaluating customer requirements, and creating tailored customer solutions that lead to new bookings.
• Create a prospecting strategy to identify potential customers, develop relationships, build sales pipeline, prepare and present solutions, and negotiate contracts that achieve quarterly sales quotas.
• Manage the sales process and leverage internal technical resources as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze the customer environment, scope customer requirements, and collaborate with technical resources to close sales opportunities.
• Work closely with customers to drive POCs and POVs.
• Upsell and cross sell Skyhigh Security products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Generate demand with channel partners, resellers and end-user customers to grow mindshare, product awareness, and business relationships.
• Develop relationships internally with key stakeholders.
• Engage and present at multiple levels within an account including CISO, key stakeholders and board level.
• Develop account and opportunity plans to improve account strategy.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with our channel and service partners to create strategic opportunities.
