About the role
- Act as the primary technical advisor for high value and high complexity prospects and customers
- Architect end-to-end SSE solutions
- Deliver executive-level and technical presentations
- Design and lead POCs/POVs
- Provide architectural guidance for complex environments
- Position the SSE platform against competitors
- Serve as the voice of the customer for feature gaps and usability suggestions
Requirements
- Trusted technical advisor for driving revenue growth
- Experience with Secure Service Edge (SSE) solutions including SWG, CASB, ZTNA, RBI, and Advanced DLP
- Architectural guidance for complex environments (Hybrid and multi-cloud)
- Ability to deliver executive-level and technical presentations
- Experience with competitive and strategic differentiation
- Collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams
- Ability to enable sales teams through technical training
