Sales Engineer

• Actively participate in solution led sales calls and prospect visits to qualify the customer’s requirements

• The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for driving net new sales and incremental bookings of existing accounts for a complex suite of Skyhigh Security products, solutions, and services within the assigned territory.
• The role requires in-depth knowledge of security technologies, competitors, and the ability to generate value by delivering successful solutions to customers.
• The Account Manager is responsible for developing direct sales opportunities, evaluating customer requirements, and creating tailored customer solutions that lead to new bookings.

Manager

• Administer regional benefits programs, which include; Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, other benefit plans or accounts, commuter benefits and retirement plans.
• Be the main contact for benefit administration activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Be the primary contact for several benefit issues such as plan provisions, policy interpretation, procedures, coverage, enrollment eligibility, family status changes, claims, claims appeals procedures, and other benefit matters.
• Help with online benefits administration and employee self-service sites.
• Assume primary responsibility for ongoing use of the site’s features and procedures including eligibility management, enrollment management, billing, reporting, and maintenance.
• Review proposed salary adjustments (e.g. merit/promotional increases, market adjustments)
• Work with HRBPs and managers on compensation related inquiries
• Support HR/TR Transformation by identifying and making recommendations on process improvement/simplification
