Drive high engagement and performance with our salon partner base, especially during their early months at Treatwell and throughout the partnership
Onboard new salon partners and support them with any queries necessary to activate them on our marketplace
Educate and coach salon owners and their teams on how to digitise their business, utilising the tools we provide them
Understand partners' needs and identify the most effective training tools to create sticky engagement and ensure full benefit of adopting our technology
Identify specific needs and pain points to eliminate the risk of unsuccessful partners and set them up for success
Closely collaborate with Inside Sales and Field Sales to ensure new deals go live promptly and smoothly
Support existing partners post-onboarding with their queries, working with the CX team on complex cases and supporting the Retention team with recently retained partners
Act as a product expert, confidently educating salon partners on the best ways to use the software and generate revenue from our SaaS-enabled marketplace
