About the role

  • Work strategically to win new business across the Southern Africa region
  • Exceed revenue quotas through generation of new logo sales across NICE's CX, CCaaS, AI & Digital products
  • Understand customers' needs and articulate innovative digital solutions and tailored use cases
  • Define strategies aligned to customers' strategic objectives
  • Regularly close deals and build pipeline within or exceeding goals
  • Assist and support sales partners in sales calls and closing efforts
  • Maintain product knowledge through continuous sales training
  • Attend industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners
  • Maintain familiarity with CCaaS, Digital & AI competitors and their strengths/weaknesses
  • Act as a trusted advisor engaging customers in business, strategy and ROI-based discussions

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the SA CX Market
  • Consultative sales approach; identify customer problems and position digital solutions
  • Proven track record selling software and winning new business at Enterprise level (>500 Seats)
  • Hunter mentality; manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Deep understanding of the CCaaS market; experience in enterprise software or SI organisations
  • Motivated to exceed quota and pursue sales rewards
  • Ability to work independently in a home office with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
