About the role
- Research and identify potential dealer partners in priority U.S. states (California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Ohio, Colorado)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, online networking, and digital channels
- Deliver compelling sales presentations via video conferencing and digital tools
- Negotiate and secure new dealer agreements to expand the U.S. dealer network
- Consistently meet or exceed dealer recruitment and sign-up targets
- Support new dealers remotely with onboarding, showroom setup guidance, merchandising recommendations, and sales process orientation
- Provide dealer staff with product knowledge, features, competitive advantages, and sales & marketing materials
- Coordinate with the North American team to ensure smooth integration of new partners
- Conduct online market research to track competitive activity and identify regional growth opportunities
- Track and report on dealer prospecting, dealer agreements, and regional growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with leadership and international teams to align on U.S. expansion strategies
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, dealer recruitment, or B2B sales
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable with outbound calling and digital lead generation
- Hot Tub, Swim Spa, or related wellness industry experience is a major plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently from the Philippines
- Strong organizational and reporting skills; comfortable with CRM and online sales tools
