About the role
- Build out the demand generation function, including tech stack, campaigns, and measurement strategies
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, and webinars
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns including targeting, budgets, creative, and performance optimization
- Partner with Sales to ensure lead qualification, routing, and follow-up processes
- Leverage Salesforce and marketing automation to create lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution models
- Design and implement ABM strategies targeting employer groups, health plans, and benefits administrators
- Analyze campaign performance and report on pipeline contribution and revenue attribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand generation with business objectives and customer insights
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations
- Manage demand generation budget across channels and vendors, ensuring efficient spend and ROI measurement
- Continuously test and optimize tactics, messaging, and channels to improve conversion and reduce acquisition costs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in healthcare marketing to employer groups, health plans, or benefits organizations
- Excited to roll up your sleeves and build out things from scratch
- Proven expertise managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated success in lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM including campaign management, lead scoring, automation rules, and reporting
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and demand generation tools for lead nurturing, scoring, and attribution
- Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and experience collaborating with sales on lead qualification and handoff
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns and measure ROI
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline targets
