Account Manager

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensure day-to-day needs are met.
• Work alongside Client Success and SAE roles to manage and resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams (e.g., customer service, technical support, clinical staff).
• Support the preparation of presentations, business reviews, and product training to clients, effectively communicating value propositions and technical information.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.

Manager

• Serve as a vital lead role within clinical operations team standing up and expanding a new nursing team
• Deliver high-quality asynchronous clinical tasks with direct clinical support and triage
• Dedicate 10-20% of capacity to leadership functions, including workflow optimization, team coordination, and formalizing SOPs
• Utilize advanced clinical judgment to triage patient symptoms per protocol
• Conduct thorough reviews of refill requests and abnormal lab results
• Lead follow-up care for positive PHQ-9 screenings
• Act as primary point of contact for complex patient or commercial escalations
• Oversee daily distribution of RN tasks
• Partner with Quality and Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and improve departmental efficiency
• Draft and formalize clinical SOPs to ensure consistent care
• Contribute to the interview and onboarding process for new nursing staff

Nurse Manager

• Design, lead, and scale Form Health’s IT function, establishing clear governance, service levels, and standardized ways of working as the company grows.
• Own corporate IT infrastructure including identity management, device lifecycle management, SaaS administration, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
• Partner closely with Security leadership to ensure strong controls, compliance readiness (e.g., SOC 2), and secure-by-design practices across employee technology systems.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding technology processes to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient employee experiences.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and playbooks that reduce risk while enabling productivity in a remote-first environment.
• Establish clear incident response, ticketing workflows, and SLAs for IT support; continuously improve response times and user satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor the IT team, building capabilities in IT operations, endpoint management, and enterprise tooling.
• Evaluate, select, and implement enterprise tools that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and collaboration.
• Partner with People, Security, and Finance on vendor management, budget planning, and technology spend governance.
