Executive Assistant

• Recruiting: Actively search for qualified skilled trades professionals and technicians on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards; make the first contact, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews for the hiring manager.
• Inside Sales: Proactively follow up with customers on existing leads and open quotes to help customers move forward and book services.
• Phone Support: Act as a backup to answer incoming customer calls when main lines are busy, ensuring no customer is left waiting.
• Admin: Keep customer and candidate records clean and up-to-date in the system.
