  • Position overview: Sales Executive connecting with attorneys nationwide to introduce Atticus coaching programs
  • Build long-term relationships with attorneys and law firm decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and promote coaching programs and events
  • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, present solutions, and guide attorneys through decision-making
  • Promote and attend live and virtual events, workshops, and seminars to generate and nurture leads
  • Manage pipeline accurately and keep detailed activity records in the CRM
  • Travel occasionally for events, client meetings, and industry conferences

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, coaching, or training
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with professional audiences
  • Confidence and persistence in outbound prospecting and follow-up
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel for select events and client meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Legal industry knowledge or experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
