About the role
- Answer inbound calls from families seeking information and support
- Guide conversations from first contact to close using Meadow’s consultative playbook
- Provide thoughtful, empathetic guidance on cremation, preplanning, and memorial options
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email to ensure families feel supported
- Hit or exceed a 50% close rate through trust-driven, value-led conversations
- Manage your pipeline independently and never miss follow-ups
- Navigate a multi-tool workflow (HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, internal case management system)
- Collaborate with a seasoned team and apply proven sales playbooks to grow performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably to US consumers (B2C)
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish is a strong plus)
- Self-driven natural seller motivated by hitting goals and creating value
- Confident and empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others, especially over the phone
- Able to explain things clearly, speak with care, and listen with intention
- Emotionally steady, highly coachable, and effective working independently
- Experience or comfort using HubSpot (CRM), Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and internal case management systems
- Able to work US night shift / Philippines day shift (Thursday–Monday; start between 8:00–10:00 PM ET)
- Full-time availability for an 8-hour consistent schedule
