• Own the production checklist from kickoff to day-1: landing pages briefed and QA'd, HubSpot configuration live, agencies on schedule, reporting running.
• Turn strategy into a plan and into results. Translate the marketing roadmap into weekly production commitments across agency partners and engineering.
• Use LLMs and automation to accelerate production timelines, reduce repeating manual work, and find leverage the team can build on.
• Set up the tooling - A/B platforms, UTM structure, HubSpot reporting sliced by market and product - that lets the team run channel and positioning experiments and actually read the results.
• Lead the marketing coordinator. Own the production calendar, campaign QA, and weekly outputs that keep the engine running predictably.

• Guide families through cremation options with clarity and care, helping them make a confident decision in a single conversation when possible.
• Run a disciplined follow-up rhythm across phone, text, and email so no family falls through the cracks.
• Hit revenue targets while holding strong close rates and quality scores.
• Move fluently across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.

• Build the Arizona referral network from zero. Source, prioritize, and close partnerships with hospices, senior care providers, and adjacent care networks across Maricopa County.
• Own the full partnership cycle - first conversation, first referral, ongoing performance. You're accountable for outcomes, not activity.
• Run presentations and trainings. Equip partner staff to confidently refer families to Meadow - turning every team you train into an extension of ours.
• Codify what works. Build an Arizona partnerships playbook from your wins and losses, and feed it back to the GTM team so the next market launches faster than yours did.
• Show up for families. Support referred families with empathy and clarity, and personally deliver cremated remains - the kind of touchpoint that turns customers into advocates.
• Operate with rigor. Keep HubSpot clean, track full-funnel performance, and run experiments to lift conversion across your funnel.

• Become a familiar face at hospices - running short trainings, dropping by regularly, and being someone they can count on.

• Keep your pipeline organized in HubSpot (don't worry, we'll train you) and use what you learn to get better every month.
