About the role
- Take full ownership of a subscription-based brand and the overall brand experience
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and act on insights to improve satisfaction and retention
- Curate subscription box contents, source and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and alignment
- Manage creation of printed and digital creative assets with copywriters and designers
- Monitor churn metrics and customer sentiment; build or improve cancellation prevention and loyalty flows
- Collaborate with creative, logistics, and customer service teams to execute brand initiatives
Requirements
- Experience working with D2C products
- Deep understanding of what creates a great customer experience
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset; initiative and follow-through
- Strong communication skills for remote, cross-functional teams
- Analytical thinking, strong ownership, and creative problem-solving
- Fluency in English and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Must be able to work as a freelancer/B2B with valid self-employment documentation
- For full-time hires: available during at least 5 hours of EET (UTC+2/UTC+3) for collaboration
