• Keep product data, timelines, and documents accurate and organized
• Communicate with suppliers regarding prices, orders, and deadlines
• Track quantities and delivery schedules
• Help ensure everything arrives on time and correctly
• Collect and summarize customer feedback and reviews
• Share key insights with the Brand Manager
• Suggest ideas to make the brand more interesting and valuable
• Help the Brand Manager with whatever is needed to move projects forward
• Support customer service by providing correct product and process information
• Maintain and update internal documentation, guidelines, and instructions
