About the role

  • Shape the global vision for Practice Management Systems (PMS) and align PMS roadmaps across countries
  • Own and drive the integration strategy across Docplanner’s ecosystem (Marketplace, AI, Payments, patient engagement)
  • Collaborate with PMS teams in Italy, Spain, Poland, and Brazil and work with Country Managers and global Product leaders
  • Deliver the best local experience while scaling global features beyond a traditional PMS
  • Drive initiatives like the Patient Portal and enable cross-sell from PMS into Docplanner’s broader suite
  • Report directly to the CTPO and connect local execution with global strategy
  • Foster a data-driven, business-oriented product culture and standardize objectives and KPIs with other Global Product Directors

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Director
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and Marketplace scaleups
  • Solid experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with exposure to change management and business scaling
  • Proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing digital products
  • Experience partnering with Country Managers to understand both global and local needs
  • Experience leading or contributing to product integrations across systems, tools, or platforms (ideally modular/multi-product architecture)
  • Expertise in the end-to-end product development lifecycle; strong experience in agile and lean practices
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Business-savvy with broad business acumen beyond Product Management and ability to assess product–market fit
  • Sharp analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach and people management that dives into details
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Experience in modernizing tech debt while continuing to deliver product value is a plus
