Director

• Review and sign off on deliverables including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides; identify necessary deviations from templates to ensure content aligns with objectives.
• Contribute to short-term resourcing discussions and long-term strategic planning; develop and maintain team processes (e.g., onboarding, training, templates).
• Lead multiple projects, ensure overall quality, develop recommendations based on expected impact, communicate risks and opportunities, and assume final decision-making accountability for outcomes and financial performance.
• Provide final sign-off on update slides/minutes and actions for overall study; own relationships with clients and act as subject matter expert; proactively manage client expectations.
• Create development plans and act as a mentor for direct reports; support team communication, conflict resolution, morale, and recruitment.
• Provide methodological/subject matter input to and sign off on proposals and presentation content; lead meetings related to new business and identify new business opportunities aligned to strategy.
