Obtain project authorizations and manage stakeholders to reach ready-to-build status.
Prepare and submit applications, manage documentation, and handle follow-up inquiries with administration, grid operators, and local stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and legal/technical requirements.
Develop and follow timelines, comprehensive development budgets and project business plans.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; manage advisors for technical, environmental, legal due diligences.
Manage authorizations and grid connection processes in compliance with TICA and internal approval processes; report on KPIs.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, promote communication, provide resources and improve methods and organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration).
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of the Italian regulatory framework regarding authorization procedures, grid connection and compliance requirements for MT/AT photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects.
Knowledge of tools for analyzing land use constraints
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
