About the role

  • Management of multiple projects at the same time, mixing different levels of complexity and initiative perimeters
  • E2E Project Management of initiatives related to the optimization and digitalization of Operations processes, through technology and process design
  • E2E Project Management of initiatives related to Issuing & Acquiring services and impacting multiple Nexi departments
  • Contribute to cross-borders projects to develop common solutions to enhance Operations processes across the Nexi Group
  • Contribute to identify and adopt solutions to achieve optimizations results, even leveraging on automation and AI-based improvements
  • Report project progress (eg.: Periodic updates, SteerCo Meeting, …), highlighting risks to senior management to identify solutions and then define clear mitigation plans
  • Support cost evaluation, operational effort evaluation, Business Case calculation, etc.
  • Business Requirement definition and translation to IT stakeholders, to ensure comprehension and alignment between Operations needs and tech solution
  • Contribute to process & procedure definition, support training and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
  • Act as liaison between local Business Units, Compliance, Operations, and all Nexi departments may be involved in the single project
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with local & industry regulations
  • Ensure alignment with overall transformation goals and delivery timelines

Requirements

  • 3+ years in project management, gained within financial services/payments or consultancy companies
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication skills; process design; entrepreneurship; reliability; result-oriented
