About the role
- Own campaigns end-to-end including media buying, strategy, creative briefs and conversion funnels
- 25% analysis of campaign/ad/account data to identify insights
- 20% strategy to identify new opportunities and tests
- 50% execution configuring, managing, optimizing campaigns across paid social accounts
- 5% creative collaboration and brief creation for creative team
- Manage large-scale ad spend (potentially $1.5M–$2M/month) with discipline and organization
Requirements
- Full Funnel Direct Response E-commerce Performance Marketer – This is a must for this role.
- 3 – 5 Years in DTC Paid Social – Managing $1M+ per month hands-on yourself in ad spend primarily on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Data Driven – Extremely comfortable diving deep into analytics platforms, spreadsheets, etc.
