About the role
- Build and scale the B2C growth engine (virality, loops, notifications, CRM, referral mechanics, lifecycle)
- Design & run experiments: set up weekly growth sprints, prioritize hypotheses, test, and learn
- Drive distribution: increase percentage of sales from Shotgun channels (notifications, social, app)
- Expand follow graph: grow organizer & artist follow penetration to power Day-1 sales
- Boost velocity: improve Day-1 ticket sales to reinforce organizer retention and virality
- Seed inbound B2B growth: build early playbooks to drive qualified inbound organizers
- Build growth foundations: dashboards, cadence, attribution, experimentation framework
- Scale successful channels and define hiring roadmap (lifecycle, paid, referral, CRM)
- Collaborate closely with the fan squad (PM, engineers, data, design) and report to the CEO
- Progressively expand scope to the entire marketplace and eventually own the growth model and team
Requirements
- Hands-on builder who has personally shipped experiments
- B2C growth experience (consumer apps: social, fintech, marketplaces) preferred
- Scrappy & resourceful with limited budget or bandwidth
- Data-driven and creative: ability to read dashboards and imagine new loops
- Low-ego, curious and outcomes-focused
- Experience working with PMs, engineers, data and design
- Ability to define metrics and build growth playbooks
