Growth Marketing

• Build and scale the B2C growth engine (virality, loops, notifications, CRM, referral mechanics, lifecycle)
• Design & run experiments: set up weekly growth sprints, prioritize hypotheses, test, and learn
• Drive distribution: increase percentage of sales from Shotgun channels (notifications, social, app)
• Expand follow graph: grow organizer & artist follow penetration to power Day-1 sales
• Boost velocity: improve Day-1 ticket sales to reinforce organizer retention and virality
• Seed inbound B2B growth: build early playbooks to drive qualified inbound organizers
• Build growth foundations: dashboards, cadence, attribution, experimentation framework
• Scale successful channels and define hiring roadmap (lifecycle, paid, referral, CRM)
• Collaborate closely with the fan squad (PM, engineers, data, design) and report to the CEO
• Progressively expand scope to the entire marketplace and eventually own the growth model and team
