The ideal candidate will be responsible for building on MDC’s existing brand presence and driving growth. You will manage social media, create marketing materials, and lead outreach campaigns that generate consistent leads. You will also help establish scalable marketing systems and eventually a lead generation team. This role requires a strong marketing background, creativity, and the ability to turn vision into execution.
What You’ll Do: Manage and grow MDC’s social media presence (LinkedIn focus) with engaging, consistent content
Create decks, one-pagers, and case studies that bring our services to life
Develop and run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) to generate qualified leads
Hire and lead a Lead Generation specialist, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects
Build and manage MDC’s marketing systems content calendar, brand kit, automation, CRM
Track results and report on engagement, conversion, and ROI
Partner closely with the CEO to turn vision into scalable marketing and growth systems
What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years in marketing with strong campaign + growth execution experience, skilled in social media, content, and outreach marketing
