About the role
- Learn and perform the job duties of the position(s) within their assigned department.
- Participate in comprehensive onboarding, operational duties within their assigned department, eLearning, and virtual meetings with company leaders.
- Job shadow and have a direct mentorship with an onsite leader.
- Contribute to department projects and learn what drives a successful Marketing and Sales operation on site.
- Demonstrate the company’s values and core beliefs.
Requirements
- Candidate should be pursuing a college degree.
- It is preferred that the candidate is actively pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or Business.
- Candidates who have an undecided major may also be considered.
- Prior Hospitality or Sales experience preferred.
- Past Interns who are interested in completing an additional internship will be considered first.
- Previous performance rating will be taken into consideration.
