Accounting Manager

• Drive monthly end-to-end revenue and gross-to-net accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606.
• Perform monthly revenue accounting, including the calculation and analysis of gross-to-net adjustments.
• Support the month-end close process through the preparation of revenue, accounts receivable, and accrued expense journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Review revenue-related contracts, evaluate accounting implications, and prepare technical accounting memoranda.

• Responsible for the design, development, qualification, implementation and lifecycle management of packaging systems for pharmaceutical combination products

• Generate insights from claims, hub, and patient services data to identify trends in utilization and adherence
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, approval rates, and therapy persistence
• Develop and deliver recurring insights to inform Patient Access strategy and leadership decision-making
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders

• Drive execution against key milestones including design verification and qualification, process validation (PPQ), BLA submission, and launch readiness
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners and manufacturers
• Manage packaging timelines and deliverables to align with regulatory submission and commercial launch milestones; and ensure supply chain and external partners readiness for product launch
• Assess external partners such as Contract Packaging Organizations (CPOs) and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) based on technical capability, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, scalability, and cost effectiveness
• Oversee implementation of selected CPOs and CMOs, including onboarding, readiness assessments, and operational alignment
• Ensure alignment between clinical and commercial packaging configurations and lead transition from development to commercial manufacturing, including: Design transfer and process validation, Supply chain readiness and launch planning, Final product configuration and control
