💰 $240,000 - $260,000 per year
About the role
- Transform People & Culture into a service platform that drives innovative, scalable processes and leverages AI and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Lead and manage core HR operations, systems, and compliance, including HRIS, data analytics, and immigration support
- Serve as primary project manager for M&A enablement for People Ops
- Oversee performance, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the HR Tech stack
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure system support for all employee lifecycle programs and processes
- Lead HR Shared Services delivery including employee support, onboarding/offboarding, data management, and compliance processes
- Own enterprise HR reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence for accurate, timely insights
- Manage immigration administration, contractor and contingent workforce processes, employment verification, and other horizontal services
- Ensure HR business processes are evaluated for elimination, augmentation, or automation, ideally through AI solutions
- Partner with Finance/Payroll, IT, and Legal on organizational data governance, policy alignment, and compliance
- Drive data analytics and predictive insights related to workforce trends, turnover, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness
- Establish and monitor KPIs, service level agreements, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate HR operational efficiency
- Build and develop a high-performing HR Operations team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Master’s degree preferred OR 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role with multiple human resource disciplines
- Demonstrated experience enhancing workflows, scaling and gaining efficiencies using AI systems and applications
- Proven track record of success in scaling HR operations in a growing company
- Strong communicator with experience coaching leaders and proven creative problem-solver
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with company goals
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with HR technologies and systems, including HRIS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results
- Passionate about improving employee experience, outcomes, and solutions (people, process, and technology)
