Own the HRIS roadmap and ensure alignment with business needs and People & Organization (P&O) strategy and processes.
Lead and execute the ongoing HiBob HRIS implementation, including managing integrations and collaborating with external consultants and internal stakeholders
Streamline processes and improve workflows using HR technology to increase efficiency and scalability across the employee lifecycle
Optimize the internal delivery model, including ticketing systems, to enhance service and resolution times
Manage HR data governance, reporting, and analytics, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility for stakeholders
Drive adoption of best practices in HR technology across the organization
Evaluate and implement new tools and integrations to strengthen the HR tech stack
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other teams to ensure the HR tech stack integrates seamlessly into Cognite’s broader technology ecosystem, enabling efficient cross-functional collaboration, streamlined processes, and accurate data flows
Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems and operational excellence within the People & Organization (P&O) team
Requirements
5+ years of HRIS and HR technology experience, ideally across multiple platforms and industries
Proven ability to manage and optimize HR systems, processes, and workflows for efficiency and scalability
Hands-on experience with midstream HRIS implementations, including vendor management and integration oversight
Familiarity with HiBob or similar modern HR systems preferred
Strong technical skills with HR systems, data management, and reporting
Demonstrated success in ticketing system optimization and operational process improvements
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
