Data Scientist

• You’ll be applying your data skills to solve problems at the heart of our business model.
• You’ll have license to run experiments, imagine surveying from first principles, and implement solutions with a product team to build the world’s best survey engine.
• As you shape the trajectory of Tracksuit, you’ll be able to directly measure your impact and demonstrate your contribution to the business.
• You’ll have high-level business goals and outcomes, but it’s up to you to define the problems and solutions.
• Designing machine learning algorithms to optimise survey collection.
• Running and analysing experiments to improve respondent engagement.
• Building our survey data quality monitoring system.

Communications

• Build and scale a global earned media engine
• Create and execute editorially excellent media stories
• Own global PR operations and agency partnerships
• Develop strong direct relationships with media and journalists
• Prove and optimize communications impact

Senior Communications Manager

Content Manager

• Writing both short and long-form content, including social posts, emails, case studies, thought leadership and educational resources that build affinity in our key markets
• Content scheduling and effectively maximising the distribution of this content across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, video, blog, and PR
• Ideating ways for Tracksuit to cut through the noise and tell interesting stories about brand with our distinct point-of-view and tone of voice
• Monitoring our content performance to report on results on marketing initiatives
• Identifying knowledge gaps and the opportunities for content to solve pain points and make marketers smarter
• Partnering with our designers and other creative teams to create visuals that bring your content to life
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure the right messaging and content is being delivered to the right audiences
• The ability to do basic video shooting and editing on a phone is also a bonus.

Brand Designer

• Safeguard and evolve Tracksuit’s distinctive visual identity
• Lead a small but high-performing design function
• Deliver bold creative work and expand digital design foundations
• Manage one direct report and oversee freelancers
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, GTM, and Product teams
• Optimize digital experience with a web developer
• Maintain momentum on brand initiatives and identify opportunities for systemisation and scale
• Plan and prioritize creative projects across all brand and marketing initiatives
• Maintain workflows for clarity and accountability
