Tracksuit

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Tracksuit

Senior Product Marketing Manager for data storytelling and methodology at a branding startup. Leading launch strategies and equipping teams with positioning and messaging guidance.

About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owning our data and methodology story end to end: own Tracksuit's positioning and messaging on methodology and data quality to demonstrate rigour without the complexity that’s inherent in the market research industry.
  • Leading go-to-market for launches: working within our narrative-led approach, you'll own the launch strategy, positioning, messaging, content development and cross-functional coordination needed to land data and methodology launches well.
  • Owning how customers experience our data across the lifecycle: design the content, frameworks and programmes that help customers trust and defend our data inside their own organisations.
  • Equipping our go-to-market teams: giving Sales, Customer Success, partnerships and marketing the positioning, proof points, objection handling and training they need to hold their own in technical conversations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in product marketing.
  • You've owned a technically complex positioning area end to end before, from research through to enablement.
  • You can build genuine fluency in an unfamiliar domain and form a clear, defensible point of view on it.
  • You have strong research instincts, both qualitative and quantitative, including the ability to design research that answers a real positioning question.
  • You're a sharp communicator, in writing and out loud, with a knack for making a technical story feel simple without dumbing it down.
  • You think analytically and strategically, and you can turn market signals into positioning recommendations.
  • You're confident partnering with Product and representing the customer view back into the roadmap.
  • You prioritise ruthlessly across multiple workstreams, work well independently, and stay calm in ambiguity.
  • You’re a kind, curious human with a growth mindset to try new things, which matters given how fast we're growing.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Compensation: competitive market-rate remuneration, reviewed regularly with a strong focus on fairness and transparency.
  • Employee Share Option Program (ESOP): so that everyone on the team shares in Tracksuit's success.
  • Health and wellbeing: annual wellness bonus, access to EAP (employee assistance programme), and generous annual leave.
  • Parental benefits: paid parental leave and support for a smooth return to work.
  • Learning and development: annual L&D budget plus opportunities for growth, mentorship and exposure.
