About the role

  • Partner with social media internal teams to ensure decisions made by Outsourced Partners Reps are regularly audited for accuracy and feedback shared
  • Work closely with Quality Leaders to aggregate, prioritize, and report on top issues impacting decision accuracy for each market and vertical
  • Provide local teams with details on the impact of new Content Policies and surface gaps in knowledge, process, and technology
  • Deliver just-in-time training and refresher training to auditors on new or changing Content Policies
  • Re-review decision accuracy audits to ensure consistency and alignment with community standards and internal policies
  • Manage investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand root causes, especially for ambiguous or high-impact cases
  • Mentor auditors on the use of audit tools and systems
  • Develop process documentation and aggregate feedback about the functionality of audit tools

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement: Diploma/Degree and above
  • Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 1 year’s customer service experience or any relevant experience
  • Language Required: Language proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Good-to-have: Contact Centre knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities
