About the role
- Responsible for timely completion of month and year-end financial reporting close
- Prepare monthly loan covenant certificates
- Manage cost accounting and inventory valuation
- Review account reconciliations and manual journal entries
- Lead internal and external audits and taxes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risks
- Provide management with information key to the decision-making process
- Build and refine processes to strengthen internal controls
- Ad hoc projects and analyses as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Financial Controller
- Experience in NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
