About the role
- Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and DMAIC-based improvement projects
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop future-state process designs
- Deliver Yellow and Green Belt level trainings to client staff
- Coach teams in continuous improvement tools and cultural change
- Develop project charters, process maps, training decks, and executive summaries
- Transform the client's service delivery models in preparation for upcoming high-profile events
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, present findings, and provide executive summaries
Requirements
- 10–15 years of process improvement or operations transformation experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification (required)
- Ability to deliver Yellow and Green Belt level trainings to client staff
- Public utility or government agency experience (preferred)
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and DMAIC-based projects
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and developing future-state process designs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; competency in Communication Effectiveness
- Demonstrated teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- Judgment and decision-making abilities; able to build consensus and make timely decisions
- Innovation/Creativity and motivation to drive results
