About the role

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and SMS from prospective clients and providers.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to nurture leads, re-engage prospects, and confirm appointments.
  • Qualify leads by verifying insurance coverage and assessing client needs.
  • Match clients with the right therapist, ensuring a strong fit and smooth handoff to care.
  • Use empathy and objection-handling techniques to address concerns and build trust.
  • Hit and exceed appointment conversion targets while delivering a client-first experience.
  • Track activities and outcomes in our CRM system and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and care teams to maximize conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, SDR, or high-volume customer engagement roles.
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes and multiple communication channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in objection handling, qualifying, and closing appointments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM/EHR systems a plus.
  • Weekend availability required.
