About the role

  • Drive activity metrics and maintain a healthy CRM sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Coach the inside sales team on all aspects of the buying and selling process
  • Manage team performance and drive improvement initiatives across the team and enterprise
  • Grow and develop a team of Inside Sales professionals operating in a B2B sales environment
  • Drive profitable product sales through assigned inside sales team
  • Establish and maintain business stakeholder relationships
  • Create and maintain a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecast
  • Provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Work to attain team sales quota and team sales productivity metrics
  • Encourage and promote a positive team environment and hold team accountable for success
  • Identify market trends and account needs to react to market activity and reach sales goals
  • Drive a data-driven, analytical approach to sales model optimization

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in inside sales or call center management
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in sales (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Solid knowledge of key products and markets within the biomedical waste industry
  • Familiarity with competitive suppliers and product offerings
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience maintaining a CRM sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Experience coaching and managing inside sales teams
