About the role

  • 12-month Inside Sales Rotational Program designed for new graduates
  • Rotate through warehouse, counter, and inside sales job roles
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, mentoring meetings and complete eLearning and hands-on learning
  • Focus on sales process, product knowledge, leadership development and related topics
  • Job shadow salespeople and subject matter experts
  • Engage in hands-on learning to develop skills, knowledge, and competencies for Inside Sales
  • Secure a full-time, permanent Inside Sales position upon successful completion

Requirements

  • Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline: Business (Supply Chain/Commerce/Marketing), Trades (Plumbing/HVAC/Construction), Humanities (Psychology/Sociology)
  • Dedication to continual learning
  • Results-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Career ambitious with long-term growth vision
  • Sales experience (retail or wholesale) considered an asset
  • Any second language considered an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Steel-toed boots (reimbursable up to $200 with receipt)
  • Satisfactory criminal record check required
