About the role

  • Driving Increased Market Share through consistently achieving/exceeding Sales Results.
  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Fostering Client Relationships and an exceptional Customer Experience via strong interpersonal skills.
  • Develop rapport and trust with existing and prospective customers via a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and follow up.
  • Develop customer insight to align the appropriate solution to best serve the needs of the customer.
  • Develop a strong corporate and personal brand through demonstrating integrity, following up, and delivering on customer commitments.
  • Execute all required administrative requirements to create and process contracts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the ultimate experience for our customers; collaborate with leadership and peers to execute on sales and customer expectation.
  • Engage with leadership in weekly coaching sessions to further develop skills and competencies.
  • Secure applicable industry licensing (A&S and Life) as part of onboarding.
  • Proactively create and execute a personal development plan through discussions with leaders.
  • Consistently meet customer commitments and follow up requirements; act in the best interests of the organization, customers, and community.
  • Work from home Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience excelling at your role.
  • Proven sales professional with strong sales best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, solve problems, make quick decisions, and navigate complex situations.
  • Experience with high volume inbound/outbound calls and follow up.
  • Ability to develop customer insight and align appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to execute administrative requirements to create and process contracts.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Secure the applicable industry licensing, A&S and Life as part of the onboarding process.
  • Work from home availability and ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm.
