• Manage the firm’s technology stack, including case management, CRM, cloud systems, and call center platforms.
• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and security across all systems.

• Maintain and enhance business applications, including Salesforce, to streamline case workflows and operational visibility.

Human Resources

• Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA and multi-state regulations.
• Oversee HR risk areas, including investigations and workplace standards.
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and required documentation.
• Manage compliance audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory updates.
• Lead required compliance training such as harassment prevention and code-of-conduct initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders regarding performance issues, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters with consistency, discretion, and thorough documentation.
• Provide coaching to managers on employee performance, conduct expectations, and best practices.
• Manage all employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and supplemental plans.
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in partnership with payroll systems and vendors.

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment.
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances.
• Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and negotiate a deduction of outstanding medical balances with providers.
• Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney.
